About Us

Back in late 2019, we were chatting about our favorite hobby — traveling — and dreaming of the places we wanted to explore next. We had always booked our own trips but often wished we had someone knowledgeable to guide us and answer our questions. When we searched for local travel agencies, we discovered that most had closed their storefronts and shifted to home offices scattered across the country.

That sparked an idea: Why not start our own?

From there, the research began. We quickly realized that with the right investment, training, and dedication, we could turn our dream into reality. After months of online training and carefully choosing the right partners, we set a launch date. In February 2020, we secured our license and partner list — and Pinnacle Travel was officially born!

Of course, the pandemic almost ended our journey before it began. But instead of giving up, we used that time to dive deeper into learning, preparing, and perfecting our ability to serve our customers.

Today, we are proud to welcome you to Pinnacle Travel. We’re more than just a travel agency — we’re a family excited to help you plan your adventures, answer your questions, and create unforgettable experiences.

We met with Stephen and told him our budget and what we were looking at and he gave us multiple options with expert information about each place to help us make a decision. He showed us pictures of each place, pros and cons, made sure it was a safe area, and gave the costs up front. I was hesitant to book through a travel agent because I never have before and I thought there was a catch but now I won’t book without him! Our honeymoon was amazing and he worked out every little detail. He clearly explained how to get to our transportation bus after we got off at the Cancún airport with papers printed out in a folder with all the information we needed. We felt safe in the transportation he made for us and Stephen even checked on us to make sure the flights were all on time. We stayed at all inclusive resort for 7 nights within our budget with flights included and I would have never been able to find that without him ( and with no extra money out of my pocket!). Booking with Pinnacle Travel took the stress out of vacation so we could relax and I will use them again and again!!!!

We had 7 people in total, coming from 3 different states, all wanting to experience the trip together. Stephen with Pinnacle Travel Group made it happen, and made it seem effortless.. His knowledge, expertise, and extreme friendliness despite so many people traveling internationally at once, made our trip absolutely unbelievable. All of our first time flying and being in a place like Vegas. I had never even booked a flight before or even tried! Stephen literally handled EVERYTHING. The Hotel, Airfare, Baggage. All of it. It was maybe a 30 min phone call and we were booked and ready! I will be using him for every vacation we plan!
